Description:
You will be the RF Engineering Manager for the ADP Mission Systems which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge aircraft mission capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing

As the RF Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers in the design, test, and integration of ADP systems and subsystems, while fostering technical excellence and personal growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage complex technical projects, applying aircraft-level test techniques and robust risk-management practices.

  • Interpret customer requirements, create system and equipment specifications, and develop statements of work, implementation plans, test, integration, and closure activities.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal groups, and customers to produce effective proposals and align stakeholder expectations.

  • Allocate work assignments based on team members' skills and career objectives, providing mentorship and performance feedback.

  • Support recruiting events and develop employee development plans using Lockheed Martin training programs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience in supplier management.
• Experience in electro-optic/infrared (EO/IR) engineering, electronics engineering, electronic warfare (EW), radar, communications-navigation-intelligence (CNI), or
Desired Skills:
• Technical leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Proven track record of building relationships, fostering collaboration and working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
