You will be the F-35 & IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager for the F-35 and IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation team which is responsible for delivering world-class harness and subsystem solutions to the F-35 and Integrated Fighter Group programs.

As the F-35 & IFG Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and continuous improvement of harness and subsystem processes across the F-35 and IFG portfolio.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Engineering Bachelor's degree with 15+ years industry experience
• Experience in subsystem design and installation (Airframe Layout, Detail Part and Assembly, Harness Design)
• Experience with Harness & Subsystem Design CAD/PLM tools and processes
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to obtain clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstration of Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Knowledge in proposal development, basis of estimate (BOE), resource allocation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
