Program Manager Staff responsible for the Spacecraft Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the Positioning Navigation and Timing & Space Security (PNT/SS) Mission Strategy & Advanced Concepts (MSAC) specifically in the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Mission Functional Area (MFA) capture area. The selectee will be responsible for generating cost, schedule, and technical performance for the Spacecraft for multiple pursuits including Andromeda Indefinite Delivery & Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and subsequent Delivery Orders (DO). The individual will serve as IPT lead and define objectives, review and communicate status, manage EVMS as required, facilitate meetings, and define schedule metrics and dependencies. The individual will also work closely with Independent Research and Development teams to lower Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs on pursuits.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous Project Management Experience-Experience with ESPA class Satellites system Development or Production
• Demonstrated formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and with multiple departments both locally and virtually
• Knowledge of the program performance management process (PPMP) and associated monthly financial business rhythm
• Cost account manager (CAM) experience and certification
• Demonstrated previous leadership experience
• Experience with the production MRP system
Desired Skills:
• Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts
• Knowledge of Risk Management
• Understands the value of identifying and managing program risks; Formulates risk burn down plans and ensures incorporation into project/program plans and schedules; Utilizes risk tools to manage projects/programs
• Affordability - Ability to work across functions to identify and implement affordability initiatives
• Experience with Space Development Agency (SDA) Production programs
• Experience in the development of SOW's and schedule integration
• Experience in proposals and the cost estimating process
• Experience in working with contract modifications and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Experience with the EPDM system and associated PR/CR process
• PM assessment at level 1 or above

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
