Description:
You will be the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the Production Completion Team which is responsible for overseeing the final assembly of aircraft and ensuring all specifications are met.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience reading, interpreting, and understanding engineering drawings and publications.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience managing to KPIs: safety, quality, cost, schedule.
Desired Skills:
Strong organizational skills.
Associates degree or higher in a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills to include conflict resolution.
Ability to energize the team to meet deadlines in a high paced production environment.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Lead the final assembly of F-16 aircraft, ensuring sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems meet all specification thresholds.
- Manage the recruitment, training, performance assessment, and work assignments of subordinate staff.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and DCMA representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance.
- Track schedule and budget performance, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the completion team.
