Specialized experience would be demonstrated by directing collaborative cyberspace planning with national partners (CNMF, USCYBERCOM) to establish operational agreements and SOPs; conducting research to advise leadership on recommended Courses of Action and managing all facets of inter-agency planning meetings, from agenda-setting to action item tracking; developing guidance for internal teams, supporting the execution of contingency plans, and leading post-event analysis; and providing analytical support for high-priority, short-fused tasks, ensuring the coordinated and effective execution of leadership directives across diverse stakeholders.

- Direct strategic planning and inter-agency collaboration with national partners (CNMF, USCYBERCOM) to forge critical information-sharing agreements and operational frameworks.
- Advise senior leadership by delivering data-driven analysis and recommending Courses of Action (COAs) for complex cyberspace challenges.
- Manage the full lifecycle of planning initiatives, ensuring strict security compliance while overseeing meeting logistics, documentation, and high-stakes action items.
- Integrate national partner capabilities into active cyberspace operations by developing guidance, identifying opportunities, and refining contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading post-event analysis to translate lessons learned into enhanced strategies and operational processes.
- Provide rapid, decisive analytical support on high visibility, time-sensitive cyberspace issues to enable effective leadership decisions.
- Execute approved operational plans, facilitates coordinated action among diverse stakeholders, and provides analytical support for core business functions.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access for the duration of employment.
- The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlines in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
- The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
