Position Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Conduct all-source analysis of foreign space and counterspace capabilities, activities, doctrine, and operational concepts.
- Assess adversary Space Domain Awareness, satellite systems, launch activity, orbital systems, satellite payloads, and space-enabled targeting.
- Analyze counterspace threats, including kinetic, non-kinetic, electronic warfare, cyber, directed energy, jamming, spoofing, and other effects where applicable.
- Support analysis of Space ISR, I&W, satellite maneuvers, ballistic missile launches, and high-value asset activity.
- Integrate multi-INT reporting, including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, ELINT, OSINT, and all-source information.
- Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, reports, and analytic products.
- Support RFIs, production requirements, intelligence gap identification, and collection requirement development.
- Coordinate with MCIA, DoD, Service Intelligence Centers, and IC mission partners.
- Apply structured analytic techniques and validate analytic judgments using multiple sources.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to space, counterspace, Space Domain Awareness, Space ISR, I&W, missile/launch activity, foreign military capabilities, all-source analysis, or related intelligence problem sets.
- At least a portion of the relevant experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category.
- Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge relevant to space, counterspace, and all-source intelligence analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced.
- Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and multiple analytic perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing, collection, and analytic dispute resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
- Ability to identify intelligence gaps and support collection requirements.
- Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
- xperience supporting USSPACECOM, USSF, NASIC, NRO, NGA, DIA, or related space/counterspace missions.
- Experience with Space Domain Awareness, Space ISR, CSpOC, 19 SDS, I&W, SATRANS, launch activity, satellite maneuvers, orbital systems, or space-enabled targeting.
- Familiarity with tools such as MIST, Thresher, iSpy, BODHI, JWICS/SIPR, ELINT databases, or similar mission systems.
- Experience briefing senior leaders, watch floors, operators, or mission planning cells.
