Qualifications
For GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Counseling clients on services and processes;(2) verifying and accurately maintaining client records and coordinating schedules, appointments, and inspections; (3) managing office supply requisitions; compiling data for operational reports; and (4) acting as a liaison to resolve customer complaints and ensure smooth office operations.
For GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Processes applications for waiting lists in accordance with pertinent instructions and desk guides, (2) Briefs and counsels applicants on leasing practices, standards of conduct, availability of assistance in resolving complaints, (3) Performs housing assignments and referrals for military personnel and their families, (4) Maintains and manages referral list for Public Private Venture (PPV) units, and (5) Monitors and calculates the information required for Family and unaccompanied housing utilization reports.

- You will receive and process housing applications for permeant party personnel.
- You will greet visitors, callers or reply to email correspondence to address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs.
- You will prepare a variety of housing reports for local management and submission to higher authority.
- You will evaluate information and participate in resolving a variety of minor housing issues.
- You will follow up on various housing matters to ensure corrective actions are taken.
