This role is responsible for coordinating resources, tracking tasks and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. What you'll be doing:
- Manage and track team tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate resources and schedules across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Present project updates, proposals and results to clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration within the team.
- Envision and help implement automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize team operations.
- Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support PKI operations and collaborate on projects related to PKI, ICAM (Identity, Credential and Access Management) and cybersecurity.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
What you need to know:
- Familiarity with PKI, ICAM or cybersecurity concepts to understand team focus and challenges.
- Experience in strategic planning, process automation and identifying opportunities to streamline operations, including environments preparing for automation and artificial intelligence integration.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and engage with emerging technologies to support the direction of team projects.
Must have's:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience. Associate's degree substitutes for 2 years; bachelor's degree substitutes for 3 years.
- Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements.
Beneficial to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Industry recognized certifications.
