Summary:
• Manage system administration, troubleshooting, and software configuration for critical RF and collection systems.
• Develop comprehensive system requirements, architecture, and design documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in systems engineering, integration and test, and software development efforts.
• Leverage expertise in areas such as Requirements Analysis, Systems Engineering, Software Architecture, Software Development, and Integration and Test (I&T).
• Apply technical proficiency across various domains, including Linux, Windows, RF Systems, Dataflow, NiFi, FORNSAT, SIGINT, and Cryptography.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $250k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux and Windows for system administration, troubleshooting, and software configuration.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in RF (Radio Frequency), collection systems, and data flow.
• Specialized Toolsets: Experience with DRT, NiFi, numerous GOTS tools for FORNSAT, and Tactical SIGINT.
• Networking: Practical knowledge of networking and system administration.
• Requirement Lifecycle: Leading the elicitation, derivation, and management of requirements (functional, hardware, software, and personnel).
• Architecture Standards: Implementing DoDAF (Operational, Technical, and System views) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Documentation: Developing System Engineering Plans (SEP), Interface Control Documents (ICD), and System Design Documents.
• Process Analysis: Conducting feasibility studies, time-line analysis, and "non-functional" performance assessments (Reliability, Maintainability, Survivability).
• Technical Authority: Acting as the ultimate lead for the technical integrity of deliverables and the system baseline.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Interacting with Government overseers, senior executives, and Configuration Control Boards (CCB).
• Team Collaboration: Leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and coordinating cross-discipline integration activities.
• Risk & Security: Managing program risks and developing requirements for Information Assurance (IA) and Security Mechanisms (cryptography, access control).
• Acquisition Support: Contributing to JCIDS documents (ICD, CDD) and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Testing & Certification: Supporting DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes and establishing system integration/test plans.
