PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
- You will apply principles, methods, and tools for developing and analyzing test and evaluation procedures, and technical characteristics of systems, including identifying critical operational issues.
- You will support protection of the confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, and availability of systems, networks, and data through planning, analysis, development, penetration testing, and access control.
- You will create, test, and maintain software applications, databases, and systems using various programming languages and development methodologies.
- You will apply programming languages and skills across multiple platforms or frameworks and use programming languages to script and automate tasks.
- You will research and evaluate new technologies and recommend their adoption within the organization.
- You will integrate different software components and systems, conducting comprehensive testing to ensure functionality and performance.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science; OR
- A bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of these 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and course work must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.
