Introduction

This position involves leading the upgrade and configuration of the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) for a confidential client in the nuclear industry. The role requires a deep understanding of MAS platform modules and the ability to deploy and optimize them on the OpenShift Container Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Maximo Technical Engineer or similar roles
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8 and 9) installation and configuration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maximo enterprise integration
• Level 1 Site Access / Reliability Clearance with a Canadian nuclear company
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Ansible playbooks, Terraform, Yaml, JSON, XML
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Experience with configuring and managing MAS environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep expertise in MAS platform modules, their dependencies, and their role in delivering a secure, scalable, intelligent asset management solution
• Deploy MAS on the OpenShift Container Platform using MAS CLI, including configuration and optimization of MAS core and suite modules
• Collaborate with OpenShift Architect and Administrators to solution the MAS requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, platform stabilization, and optimization
• Coordinate and collaborate with product vendors on various product-related issues
