As an Oracle Database Engineer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end geospatial database solution in a fast, agile environment. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in sof t war e with a cloud-first development approach
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise data engineering development, including geospatial data
• 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, security policies , security groups, and network security
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Experience working with ETL / ELT pipeline development using OCI services
• Experience with data lakes, data war ehousing, and analytics platforms
• Experience developing and deploying production geospatial solutions from concept to O & M
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Authority to Operate ( ATO ) processes and security documentation
• Experience with data migration from AWS to OCI and with OCI AI offerings
• Experience with database administration and optimization, including PostgreSQL with geospatial workloads
• Experience designing and optimizing spatial database schemas, spatial indexing strategies, and complex geospatial queries at scale
• Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments
• Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
• Experience developing dashboards and monitoring systems to track streaming services
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
• OCI Certification s such as OCI Architect or OCI Developer Certification s
• IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification s

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
