Compile OFCO operational data for the USD(I) directed Quarterly Essential Elements of Information Report.
Provide input on the integration of CI activities in support of policy development, strategic planning, CI mission management, CI functional integration, and internal operations.
Maintain and update the Counterintelligence Operations System (CIOPS) and Operational Management Data Base in order to provide support to Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations and Defense Agency CI sensitive investigations.
Provide CI Functional Service expertise to CI Operations and Investigations.
Facilitate coordination with government/non-government agencies and CI organizations to exchange information (INSCOM, NCIS, AFOSI, DIA, and others). Contractor shall coordinate with other components of CCO responsible for analysis of DoD CI operations, investigations, OFCO, and HUMINT programs.
Prepare and disseminate periodic DoD CI operations, investigations , OFCO assessment reports.
Conduct CI Records Name Checks and source deconfliction.
Provide input to the OFCO Functional Manager relative to assess and monitor the effectiveness of DoD OFCO.
Provide operational support, analysis, coordination, and deconfliction on matters pertaining to DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO.
Perform duties as the Data Transfer Officer/Trusted Agent in order to facilitate records cross-domain transfers across the various systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, CIOPS, and POM) in support of the DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO missions.
Prepare and submit weekly action lists, executive summaries, and/or information papers to CCO-4 Functional Managers as directed.
Provide assistance to the Joint CI Training Academy (JCITA) staff by preparing and updating presentations on DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO as necessary.
Prepare Congressional briefings on DoD CI operations, investigations, and OFCO as necessary.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget justification for the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB).
Assist in developing/hosting conferences and other CI-related symposia as necessary.
Maintain a close working relationship with a variety of members of the DoD and national CI communities.
Required Skills
Seven to ten years of knowledge/experienc e in the Counterintelligence disciplines of CI investigations, operations, collection analysis and production, functional services and/or mission support
Desired Skills
Bachelor's Degree
Training as a credentialed CI Special Agent or law en forcement at the State or Federal level
