OpenText Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an OpenText Enterprise Content Management Administrator to support our client in Washington, DC. The OpenText Administrator will provide technical support, system administration, and end-user training for enterprise content management and document capture platforms. This role works closely with government stakeholders to ensure secure, stable, and effective use of OpenText and Kofax technologies supporting classified operations.

Responsibilities of the OpenText Administrator include:

· Install, configure, and administer OpenText Content Server environments

· Install, configure, and maintain Kofax Capture Server and client applications

· Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end users

· Perform system backup, restore, and routine maintenance activities

· Develop user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

· Deliver instructor-led and written training to technical and non-technical users

· Implement configuration management, change control, and system update procedures

Qualifications for the OpenText Administrator include:

· 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience

· 2-3+ years of hands-on experience administering OpenText Content Server or similar ECM platforms

· Experience supporting associated web servers and databases

· Ability to install, configure, and administer Kofax Capture Server or similar document capture tools

· Experience performing backup and restore operations for ECM platforms

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of experience and certifications

· Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI

Compensation for the OpenText Administrator includes:

· Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 depending on experience
