Basic Qualifications:
* CAD trained
* Microsoft IMS experience
* Maximo, Launch Pad and LM Buildings experience
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Desired Skills:
* SAP and Central Procurement PR/PO process trained.
* Experienced in MicroStation & AUTO CAD drafting.
* Experience with Capital, Overhead finance processes.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Description:
You will be the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 for the Facilities Projects team which is responsible for managing corporate capital, overhead, and government-funded projects.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables across a diverse portfolio of facilities initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and administer assigned capital, overhead, and government-funded project schedules and budgets using LM Buildings, Maximo, and Launchpad tools.
- Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms, develop design criteria, and produce detailed layout drawings.
- Prepare bid packages and contracts for construction and facilities acquisitions, and provide technical review of design, bid, and construction documents.
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation actions, and execute scope revisions as needed.
- Facilitate intake, approval, and distribution of LM Building requisitions and on-call service contracts in partnership with Technical Planner and Systems Furniture teams.
