GS-07 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Preparing basic drawings and models to meet design intent, 2) extracting data from a variety of sources, and 3) researching solutions to operational problems covered by precedent. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field directly related to the work of the position, such as engineering, construction, or industrial technology.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. GS-08 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Preparing preliminary drawings and models to meet design intent, 2) Assisting in the preparation of documentation related to operational plans or designs , and 3) Assisting in quality control inspections of completed projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).

Education: Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of graduate level education in a field directly related to the work of the position, such as engineering, construction, or industrial technology.

Help
- Coordinate with organizational elements on new construction, alteration, and maintenance projects for various installation facilities.
- Assist in the preparation of technical and administrative project submittal documentation for higher headquarters in accordance with Army regulations.
- Develop a wide variety of designs including drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates within architectural and engineering disciplines.
- Act as the Contracting Officers Representative for construction and service contracts.
