Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as developing alternative methods of funding.
- Experience in formulation of budget estimates for programs in which funding requirements have changed significantly.
- Experience with budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with related staff at all levels through clear, courteous, and effective communication with both internal and external customers.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for all grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related

- You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
