This role ensures adherence to quality standards, supports audit readiness, and maintains documentation aligned with laboratory and accreditation requirements. This role supports quality systems, compliance activities, daily QA monitoring, and audit readiness within a laboratory production environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for QA Specialist / Quality Management: $105,000- $115,000
Pay commensurate with experience.

QA Specialist / Quality Management Responsibilities Include:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
- Maintain QA documentation, logs, and records
- Assist with audit readiness, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Track corrective actions and ensure follow-through
- Support SOP development, updates, and version control
- Monitor adherence to QA/QC standards across laboratory processes
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to reinforce compliance expectations
- Support training documentation and quality tracking activities
QA Specialist / Quality Management Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, public health, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in QA, compliance, or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and resolve problems without constant supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must pass the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, clinical laboratory, or other regulated quality environments preferred
- Experience supporting audit readiness, daily QA monitoring, and compliance documentation
- Ability to interpret and apply ISO or similar quality requirements in an operational setting
- Familiarity with both production processes and laboratory testing environments is preferred
- Strong documentation discipline and ability to reinforce compliance requirements with teams
