Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Our team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build production software for advanced radar systems deployed on drones, ground vehicles, and other platforms. You will own end-to-end software systems spanning embedded code, real-time signal processing pipelines, and host-side applications.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement core software systems for radar products.
• Architect real-time signal processing pipelines.
• Develop embedded code and host applications in C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with DSP, hardware, and systems engineers.
• Build infrastructure for data collection and analysis.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive software architecture decisions.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Strong experience with Linux and Git.
• Embedded or real-time software experience.
• Eligible for ITAR (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).

Nice to Have

• Radar or signal processing domain experience.
• ROS or real-time framework experience.
• CUDA or GPU programming.
• Computer vision experience.
• Cloud infrastructure experience.
