Sr. Project Manager (RF Products)

About the Role

As Senior Project Manager (RF Products), you will lead the end-to-end execution of RF product development for defense customers. You will translate complex USG contractual agreements into actionable Project Management Plans, orchestrating delivery across a matrixed engineering team.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of RF product development projects.
• Translate USG contracts into detailed Project Management Plans.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage project lifecycles in Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Oversee RF systems and hardware deployment.
• Lead project status meetings.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years technical project management in Defense or Aerospace.
• Track record managing USG contracts.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Expert proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of ITAR and EAR.
• Experience deploying RF systems.

Nice to Have

• PMP or DAWIA certification.
• Startup experience.
• Electrical Engineering background.
• SAR or SIGINT program experience.

Security Requirements: ts_sci Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 a year
