Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading multiple Oracle Benefits implementations and delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Description

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Benefits implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Configure and optimize Oracle Benefits modules
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams
• Ensure successful delivery within timelines and scope
• Troubleshoot issues and support post-implementation activities

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple Oracle HCM Benefits implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Benefits module
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to start immediately and commit through January 2027
• Experience working in large-scale or global implementations
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
