Description
- Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
- Comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
- Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Benefits
- Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multiple Oracle HCM Benefits implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Benefits module
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately and commit through January 2027
- Experience working in large-scale or global implementations
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
