Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex enterprise-level systems.
• Specialize in RF Systems and FORNSAT, focusing on virtualization, Linux environments, and robust systems integration.
• Provide expert technical direction across hardware and software development, engineering, integration, and testing phases.
• Architect, configure, and sustain critical systems while proficiently administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage specialized government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) products.
• Drive the development and implementation of best practices for system security, performance monitoring, and comprehensive documentation.

Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $306k+ yearly compensation

Job Description:
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize expertise in RF Systems and FORNSAT to integrate virtualized environments and Linux-based solutions.
• Provide senior-level technical direction for hardware and software development, engineering, integration, and testing activities.
• Architect, configure, and optimize complex systems infrastructures using Software Architecture principles.
• Perform comprehensive Systems Administration of Linux-based operating environments.
• Manage and integrate specialized Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) products.
• Oversee and administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and related services.
• Develop and enforce robust System Security policies and best practices.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to ensure operational integrity.
• Create and maintain thorough system documentation and technical reports using Communications/Technical Writing skills.
• Lead and participate in Integration and Test (I&T) activities, including Software Testing.
• Apply strong Systems Engineering and Hardware Engineering principles throughout the system lifecycle.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Software Development methodologies.
