Position Overview

This position provides hands-on leadership for the technical implementation and integration of the OneFM solution. You will be responsible for overseeing system configuration, interface development, data conversion, and deployment to modernize the Treasury's core financial systems. This role is essential for ensuring that all technical deliverables are secure, scalable, and fully compliant with federal standards while promoting operational efficiency.

• Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 (Exempt)

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical leadership for large-scale IT or financial management system implementations.
• Compliance: Experience with cloud-based solutions and federal frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Lead all technical aspects of the project, including hands-on oversight of system configuration and interface development.
• Resource Management: Manage technical resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of project milestones.
• Data & Integration: Oversee complex data conversion, migration activities, and ensure seamless interoperability with existing systems.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues and coordinate with vendor and agency IT teams to maintain project momentum.
• Quality Assurance: Support the development of test plans, oversee defect management, and ensure all technical documentation is complete and accurate.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing recommendations on technology best practices and risk mitigation.

Required Technical Skills

• Cloud & Enterprise Integration: Deep experience in implementing cloud-based solutions and managing enterprise-level system integrations.
• Systems Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, interface development, and technical documentation.
• Federal Security Standards: Proven track record of delivering secure and compliant solutions within NIST and FedRAMP frameworks.
• Leadership & Analysis: Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams in a federal government environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Advanced Education: Master's degree or higher in a related technical field.
• Industry Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
• Project Lifecycle: Experience driving continuous improvement and technical excellence throughout the entire project deployment lifecycle.
