Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Lead and coordinate program execution for complex hardware/software co-development projects, specifically focusing on encryption device development.
• Drive agile sprint cycles from planning through execution and retrospectives.
• Own and run sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across 4 parallel workstreams covering 400G MACsec/IPsec prototyping, software/architecture development, test infrastructure, and PCB/mechanical development.
• Track and report progress across FPGA, embedded software, hardware design, and validation efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies among various engineering teams, including software, FPGA/PL, hardware, and test.
• Manage vendor dependencies and implement proactive risk management strategies.
• Utilize expertise in hardware/software co-development and agile execution methodologies.

• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Salary: $301k+ yearly compensation

Job Description:

• Facilitate and oversee all aspects of agile sprint cycles, including planning, execution, and retrospective meetings.
• Track and report comprehensive progress across FPGA design, embedded software development, hardware design, and validation activities.
• Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional dependencies among software, FPGA/PL, hardware, and test engineering teams.
• Manage external vendor relationships and dependencies to ensure project timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for program risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply deep expertise in hardware/software co-development methodologies and best practices.
• Drive integration and test efforts, ensuring rigorous validation and quality assurance of developed systems.
• Contribute to systems engineering and software architecture discussions for robust design solutions.
