Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead program coordination and agile sprint execution for advanced hardware/software development projects.
• Oversee all phases of sprint management, including planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Own and run sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across 4 parallel workstreams covering 400G MACsec/IPsec prototyping, software/architecture development, test infrastructure, and PCB/mechanical development.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional dependencies among engineering disciplines (software, FPGA/PL, hardware, and test).
• Manage external vendor relationships and dependencies to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify and drive comprehensive risk management initiatives.
• Apply deep expertise in hardware/software co-development and agile methodologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 5+ years
• Salary: $254k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of program and sprint execution for complex hardware/software device development.
• Direct sprint planning meetings, facilitate daily stand-ups, and lead sprint retrospectives.
• Track and report project progress across multiple technical areas including FPGA development, embedded software, hardware design, and validation.
• Orchestrate collaboration and manage dependencies between software, FPGA/PL, hardware, and test engineering teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies with external vendors.
• Implement and oversee risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize expertise in hardware/software co-development practices.
• Employ Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Possess strong foundations in Electrical Engineering.
• Work with Embedded Systems development.
• Contribute to FPGA design and Hardware Engineering efforts.
• Oversee Integration and Test (I&T) activities.
• Perform comprehensive Program Management duties.
• Understand Software Architecture and Software Development lifecycles.
• Support Software Testing and Systems Engineering initiatives.
