- Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development efforts
- Provide program-level acquisition support to program management leadership
- Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs
- Support assessing program status against cost and schedule baselines, identifying issues, and recommending viable solutions and alternative courses of action
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, delivering high-quality acquisition and program documentation, including briefings, reports, plans, and other materials
- Plan, research, analyze, and assess system acquisition activities across development, production, and deployment phases of weapons systems and associated equipment
- Formulate plans and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Support the development of acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports such as Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) and Monthly Acquisition Reports (MAR)
- Support program management reviews, senior-level meetings, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews
- Develop and maintain briefings and schedules to communicate program status and acquisition activities to senior management
- Serve as a central point of contact for customer communication, including processing customer agreement forms and supporting onboarding activities
- Coordinate monthly budget reviews in collaboration with Program Management (PM) and Financial Management (FM) staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program spend plans
- Coordinate facility tours and briefings for stakeholders and visitors
- Assist leadership in preparing briefing content and coordinating meetings
- Respond in a timely manner to evolving customer needs, coordinating with technical teams, program management, and executive leadership as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) 15 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Air Force acquisition policies (DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101)
- U.S. Citizenship required; Active DoD Secret Security clearance
