Position Summary
We are seeking a Sr. OPIR Analyst to join our Space and Missile Defense Team. This technical expert will be providing mission analysis and support services for the SBIRS program, next-generation satellite constellations, and associated communication and ground architectures in support of Headquarters, Combat Forces Command (CFC) S35M. You will develop requirement recommendations based on Combatant Commander (COCOM)/warfighter needs, and current intelligence. Analyze complex issues related to the creation of Combat Force Proponent-Fielding Process (CFP-FP) products, focusing on threat reports, intelligence data, warfighter requirements, capability gaps, COCOM perspectives, system operations, sustainment, and cybersecurity challenges. Additionally, you will evaluate performance and functional requirements to assess operational utility, capability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness. Highly proficient in SPFI 13-604 System Acceptance Process for requirements analysis, design, development, integration, documentation, and implementation.

Responsibilities
Duties includ e, but not limited to:
- Provide technical services to Organize, Train, & Equip (OT&E) and sustain operational units under CFC as directed by the government lead
- Provide system concepts, functional concepts, Survivable/Endurable (S/E) Missile Warning (MW) concepts, and other MWT planning documents.
- Provide reports, studies, and technical analysis of activities and proposals for site activation for software modification, updates, and integration activities for prime, interim, and back-up fixed operational sites, survivable/endurable ground entities, and relay ground stations
- Provide evaluations of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities to include providing acceptance test criteria against system requirements for operational performance, communications, training, and logistics. Review and update operational test requirements documents, Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and other test related documentation
- Provide technical evaluations and staffing support with developing OA Plans for all future capability deliveries for the Space Sensing Division at HQ CFC
- Develop, document, and coordinate organizational or WG charters, Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs) and Memorandums Of Understandings (MOUs) between USSF and other agencies for Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) systems for the Space Based Sensing Division at HQ CFC
- Conduct analysis of impacts between current OPIR systems and future space-based warning systems
