AM&E Lead Program Analyst | Tampa, FL | Top Secret
SUMMARY:
Acts as the Strategic Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) team lead responsible for consolidating and submitting monthly and quarterly reporting requirements. Assists in planning and coordinating security cooperation SSCI development. Applies OSW Policy guidance including ensuring all required planning tools and products are completed, coordinated, and delivered on time. Engages with OSW Policy, DSCA, and respective security cooperation stakeholders on AM&E planning, implementation, and issues. Supports assigned branch operational needs to ensure AM&E mission success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Eight (8) years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the United Nations, or private industry.
• Five (5) years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, and analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Three (3) years of experience leading Evaluability Assessments.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ten (10) years of experience collaborating with individuals and organizations responsible for global indexes capturing elements of security sector reform (such as, but not limited to, Global Peace Index, Afro barometer, World Justice Project, Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project).
• Eight (8) years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations.
• Five (5) years of experience coordinating interagency monitoring and evaluation efforts.
