Role Overview
As a Tier II Help Desk/NOC you will provide support to local military intelligence enterprise systems, supporting mission‑critical operations in a high‑security, TS/SCI environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier II end‑user support for PC, server, and enterprise applications in a classified Army Intelligence environment.
• Resolve escalated incidents from Tier I Help Desk, coordinating with Network Services, Systems Engineering, and Application Development teams to restore service and remediate root causes.
• Perform STIG and IAVA compliance, system hardening, and vulnerability mitigation across enterprise devices.
• Conduct computer imaging and deployment using SCCM / PXE Boot, including BIOS configuration and system readiness validation.
• Execute Level I/II Active Directory administration, including account creation, unlocking, group assignment, and account lifecycle management.
• Support NOSC operations, incident tracking, and problem resolution in accordance with DoD and Army standards.
• Simulate and recreate user issues to diagnose operating system, hardware, and application failures, recommending system improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Preferred Skills:
• Active Directory (User & Account Management) experience
• TS/SCI Clearance (Required)
• SCCM / PXE Imaging & or BIOS Configuration experience
• STIGs, IAVAs, System Hardening experience
• Incident & Problem Management experience
• Experience with Windows Enterprise Environments
• DoD Enterprise IT Support experience
