Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Jr. Program Analyst to support a program in Lakehurst, NJ.

CSA Global Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division – Lakehurst at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. You will assist in performing program management, engineering, and logistics tasks in support of the US Navy E-2 C and D Hawkeye aircraft support equipment for both US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) needs.
How Role will make an impact:
- Program Management Support Services for the E2-C and D Hawkeye aircraft support equipment domestic and FMS Programs.
- Program and Project Planning, Development
- Assist Support Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead (SE IPTL) to develop SE PM Plans.
- Help prepare project affordability and readiness plans and provide revisions as necessary.
- Assist the SE IPTL.
- Develop Team Work Plans (TWPs), program and project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), and Work Packages.
- Accomplish budget preparation, execution, control, reporting and defense of program element line items.
- PM Analyses Review and provide comments on all deliverables.
- Review on-going projects and identify SE-related management problems and report findings to the SE IPTL.
- Assist the SE IPTL to develop acquisition strategies and prepare acquisition data and documentation.
- Help develop PM milestone schedules, Integrated Government Schedules, and generate Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) schedules and PM briefings in support of management analyses.
- Configuration Management Oversight
- Review documentation and assist with coordinating Configuration Management packages for PM planning, acquisition and funding impacts, including:
- Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs)
- Requests for Deviation (RFDs)
- Requests for Waivers (RFWs)
- Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMECs)
- Support Equipment Change (SECs)
- Help track ECPs for all system and equipment variants with respect to affordability, budget preparation, milestone accomplishment and resolution of PM related issues and actions.
- Program and Project Control and Implementation
- Assist with market surveys, market research and preparation of procurement documentation, including:
- Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAPs)
- Justification and Approval (J&As)
- Purchase Requests
- Assist with planning, tracking and execution of procurement projects.
- Help prepare funding documents, program spend plans and Project Tracking Baselines, (building and execution).
- Help track obligations and expenditures for all projects and SE-funded field activities.
- Data Management
- Provide data management for all PM Acquisition Data, including receipt, central repository, cataloging and distribution of program data and data products.
- Maintain and expand, as needed, the SE PM database, E2 Support Tool (ECAT), to support the SE team. The database is required to provide PM perspective and oversight for the user for capability to determine “bag” reports, support site stand-ups, resolve source data issues and respond to management and funding drill as needed.
- Program Coordination, Execution, and Reporting
- Provide general program and project management assistance to support daily operations and tasking, including but not limited to, correspondence, action responses, program evaluation, project status evaluation, PM briefings, interface with other competencies and continuing program execution.
- Provide graphic support to develop formal presentations, report covers, product brochures, end item renditions (notional and/or final draft), templates and process flow diagrams and layouts, and illustrations to support management documentation.
- Attend and provide PM support at team meetings, conferences, Technical Coordination Meetings (TCM), planning conferences and other meetings as directed by the SE IPTL.
- Assist and coordinate the preparation of documentation required for all SE acquisitions.
- Program and Project Data Analysis and Tracking
- Develop and maintain a PM acquisition and budgetary automated tracking tool.
- Review and report findings for acquisition documents, new and development packages and system upgrades.
- Conduct requirements analyses to access needs of the program.
- Interview key program, budget, and inventory managers to ensure the applications meet the needs of all members of the program.
- Meeting Coordination and Execution
- Coordinate agenda and topics, prepare and distribute agenda, coordinate and reserve conference phone bridges, reserve conference room and ensure laptop computer and projector availability (as required by SE IPTL) for all SE Team Meetings.
- For all meetings requiring PMSS, plan agenda topics, prepare and provide formal agendas, record all action items, document and distribute minutes to participants, and provide other support and documentation as directed.
- Identify and reserve adequate conference facilities, purchase required supplies and facilitate the following meetings located at Lakehurst and off-site

- Education: BA/BS degree; OR, Associates degree and 4 years' experience in a technical or business position; OR, no degree and 6 years' experience in a technical or busienss position
