You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr. - Level 3 for the F-16 International Co-Production Manufacturing Engineering Support team which is responsible for providing engineering support to both international and domestic F-16 co-producers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Manufacturing/Production Experience: Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Production Tooling: Aircraft production tooling knowledge
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical and technical foundation with gauge controlled tooling.
• Aerospace Manufacturing Experience - Hands-on experience in high-precision, regulated manufacturing environments.
• Project Management & Facilitation - Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
• Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization - Experienced in mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Data Analysis & Visualization - Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Strong collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
