Description:Join a dynamic team of internal quality auditors! Mission, Business & Compliance (MB&C) seeks a data driven Auditor to advance the strategic plan by embedding Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) principles, Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and ground operations procedures into a proactive, risk informed compliance culture. You will lead integrated audits, surveillance, and conformance activities for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and support DCMAI 8210 across the full value stream, conducting deep dive data analysis to verify contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements. As an independent assessor you will deliver executive level reports that pinpoint gaps, non conformances, and recommended corrective preventive actions, authorizing and tracking their implementation while communicating findings to all organizational levels. Partnering with Environmental, Safety & Health, Quality, and Government stakeholders, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring fact based compliance and driving measurable performance enhancements for LM Aero's mission critical programs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in ESH or related technical field

- Environmental, Safety, and Health professional with hands on experience in environmental audits, compliance management, and reporting

- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001

- Customer communication and interface experiences

- Demonstrated ability to generate, review, and / or implement policies and procedures, work instructions and test procedures

- Demonstrated analytical skills in Root-Cause Analysis and corrective / preventive actions

- Knowledge of MS Software Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

- Desired Certifications: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification

- Strategic and tactical thinking, planning, facilitating and team-coordination skills

- Knowledge of Statistical Quality/Process Control

- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration, communications, and presentations

- Ability to operate in a dynamic and challenging, team-oriented environment

- Ability to plan and implement projects

- Experience conducting process-based internal and external ESH audits & surveillances, in accordance with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Environmental Occupational Health & Safety requirements

- 7-10 years of Professional experience with Environmental, Safety or Health Management System Elements

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
