Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a proactive, technically savvy Senior Administrative Assistant for a position in Grand Prairie, TX supporting the IAMD Line of Business Chief Engineer Director and the Lower Tier IAMD Chief Engineer Director. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties and office management tasks.

The successful candidate will exercise discretion and sound judgement, relieving the executives of details not requiring their involvement. This role will include calendar management, travel logistics and expense reporting, meeting coordination, document preparation, and day to day office operations. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, technically rich environment, able to quickly adopt new tools.

Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain above average performance trend
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and shared access tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all issues
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of management
- Experience in travel booking (Domestic and International) and expense reconciliation
- Experience managing office supply procurement
- Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and processes
- Attention to details and clear communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience supporting director-level executives
- Basic knowledge of the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control business and overall organization including key personnel, systems (including Concur Travel System and P2P Procurement), and processes
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control policies and procedures
- Familiarity with procedures for handling
- Lockheed Martin Proprietary and Export Controlled Information
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
