What You'll Do
• Execute survivability piece part and unit tests.
• Develop and maintain clear test plans, procedures, and documentation to support various levels of EEE parts testing through characterization, qualification, and lot acceptance.
• Coordinate daily test operations across the test team, survivability engineering team, subcontractors, and facilities.
• Travel to test facilities to support test execution at national labs.
• Review test results and prepare test reports.
• Attend weekly working group meetings and take actions.
• Uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering or Physics or related fields
• Experience or willingness to learn survivability testing and related Electronics testing fields.
• Ability and willingness to travel to test facilities (~25% travel)
• Experience or willingness to learn to write and execute survivability test plans, procedures, and reports.
• U.S. citizenship (required for government security clearance).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to work at a facility requiring special access.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
