Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and JavaScript to join our Agentic Voice AI team for the IT Helpdesk. In this position, you will partner with senior developers and solution architects to transform the organization's phone support system by implementing Voice AI technologies. Your focus will be on building and integrating Python backend services and JavaScript-driven front-end interfaces to enable autonomous call handling and self-service solutions, ultimately streamlining workflows and increasing operational efficiency. You will be an integral part of a focused development team, driving the creation of innovative full stack solutions that elevate the IT helpdesk experience for both users and support staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend Python services and frontend JavaScript applications for Voice AI integration.
- Implement real-time communication features using JavaScript frameworks and Python APIs, including integration with LiveKit SFU, ServiceNow CRM, and NiCE CXone IVR systems.
- Develop and optimize API endpoints and integration flows between AI systems, telephony platforms, and web interfaces.
- Actively participate in SCRUM team activities such as sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups, contributing both backend and frontend expertise.
- Collaborate with senior developers to document technical processes, sequence diagrams, and integration requirements for full stack solutions.
- Assist in deploying and monitoring AI-driven features for autonomous call handling and self-service, ensuring reliability and seamless user experiences across platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, product) to align technical deliverables with project milestones and organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python (asyncio, API integrations) and JavaScript (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks).
- Proficient in building and deploying applications on AWS cloud services.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile/SCRUM teams and collaborating on full stack projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with ability to contribute to technical discussions across the stack.

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of real-time communication systems and telephony platforms (LiveKit, ServiceNow, NiCE CXone IVR).
- Experience with AI/ML, streaming STT/TTS providers (e.g., Deepgram, ElevenLabs), or generative AI technologies as part of a full stack solution.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and scalable cloud infrastructure for deploying both backend and frontend components.
- Background in customer service or contact center technology projects, especially those involving full stack development.
