• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $193,000.00 - $321,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Vantor is hiring for a Sr. Director, USG Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a GTM transformation program to execute growth, strategy and product vision
- Drive strategy efforts focusing on streamlining, prioritizing, and execution of customer accounts
- Establish and implement operational practices such as account plans, bids and proposals, pricing, and streamlining sales ops processes
- Build project management tools and methods that are repeatable across the organization
- Manage and prioritize project streams, working with GTM and Maxar-wide stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements to inform product roadmap for key initiatives
- Maintain a system of reviews and accountability that provides real-time insight into the performance of the initiatives and projects supported. Establish measurable KPIs and OKRs for each deliverable and provide regular reports and scorecards on progress against initiatives and targeted results for each
- Provide budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination for project activities
- Run market and competitive analysis to drive insights to support and inform internal teams on market opportunities, threats, etc.
- Interact with executive level management to negotiate critical strategy items and influence company direction.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years transforming and executing organizational strategies
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Political Science, Software Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geospatial Engineering)
- Proven experience in project management leadership in organization that develops software and technology for Governments
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market activities
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with a strong business acumen
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organization's performance indicators and quality standards
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic growth culture and a rapidly evolving industry landscape
- Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, and manage the associated budget, resources, and risks
Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting experience, or similar role within
- Experience operating in the Aerospace & Defense and software/technology sectors preferred
- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including broad programs requiring change management via a systematic approach or governance process
- Demonstrated experience and track record of influencing and driving change across complex and multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple work streams in parallel and delivering results against time-sensitive deadlines
- Needs hand-on keyboard, not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves
- Exhibits a high level of initiative; challenges and explores new ideas while understanding and communicating the risks to the organization.
