MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position .
Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.

Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation's toughest challenges.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and securing mobile devices within the CASTLE-NET program.
- Provides end-user support, configuration, upgrades, problem resolution, and security remediation for phones and tablets.
- Ensures consistent configuration with CASTLE-NET enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensuring system security, performance, and availability, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Exceed the expectations of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 IT end-users.
- Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of MDM architecture and hands-on mastery of enterprise tools such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.
- Proven ability to engineer MDM policies, develop comprehensive technical documentation, and implement rigorous data security best practices.
- Extensive experience in managing the full MDM lifecycle, including automated software deployment, seamless email service integration (O365/Exchange), and conducting compliance audits.
- Maintain advanced industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, VMware VCP-DW, or equivalent).
- Must hold and maintain an 8140 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP) upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the USACE IT environment, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices are preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
