Mechanical Engineer
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Required Clearance: Secret

U.S. Citizenship Mandatory: Due to our US federal government contract, candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen and will be subject to a background investigation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test systems in areas including, but not limited to, vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical for production testing environments.
• Integrate and validate test systems against stringent accuracy and reliability requirements.
• Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum five (5) years of work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of work experience Minimum of five (5) years of technical/engineering experience in mechanical design and/or production support.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with CAD solid modeling tools and analysis tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO Parametric Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis Experience creating mechanical drawing packages.
Desired Skills:
• Design experience with mechanical and electronic packaging.
• Experience with Configuration Management processes, application, and tools (e.g., Windchill / cPDM).
• Experience with cable design, specifically CREO Schematic.
