SAP Functional Controlling (CO) Specialist

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Lead SAP Controlling (CO) implementation and sustainment activities to support financial and operational business processes.
• Configure core SAP CO capabilities, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), allocations, and settlements.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate controlling requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end design and optimization of SAP CO processes to improve reporting, cost transparency, and financial controls.
• Lead testing cycles, including scenario design, execution oversight, defect management, and traceability through business sign-off.
• Help drive solution quality and readiness across implementation, enhancement, and sustainment efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• 4+ years of experience with SAP CO functional experience including implementation and/or sustainment
• 4+ years of configuration experience in core CO areas (CCA, PCA, IO, allocations, settlements)
• 4+ years of experience testing cycles (scenario design, execution oversight, defect management, traceability through sign-off).
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
• Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
• Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
• Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
