Radar Systems Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support a company focused on the design, development, and verification of advanced radar systems within the defense and aerospace industry. This position is on-site in Moorestown, NJ. The Radar Systems Engineer will support the full lifecycle of radar subsystem development, from requirements definition through integration and test. This role offers the opportunity to apply deep technical expertise to mission-critical radar capabilities that directly support national defense objectives.

Responsibilities for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

• Develop and analyze radar signal-processing algorithms and system performance models using MATLAB and Simulink
• Support AESA radar hardware design, beam-forming techniques, and performance trade studies
• Define, decompose, and verify system and subsystem requirements using DOORS, MBSE, and SysML methodologies
• Perform end-to-end subsystem integration and support system-level verification and validation activities
• Create and execute radar test plans to validate system performance against requirements

Required Qualifications for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

• Experience with radar signal processing, algorithm development, AESA radar systems, and beam-forming
• Strong background in systems engineering, trade-study analysis, and end-to-end radar integration
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Active Secret Clearance required

Compensation for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $90,000-175,000 **Depending on experience and LCAT Requirements**
