Job Description DISCLAIMER: This position is in support of a current government proposal. Employment is contingent upon contract award to phia, LLC.
Status: Proposal - Contingent upon Award
Location: Remote – Occasional in person meetings in Northern Virginia/National Capital Region
Focus Areas: Automated Release Management (ARM), CodeScan (SAST), and GUARD (Compliance/Security)

In this role, you aren’t just "support"—you are an embedded integration expert.
You will ensure that AutoRABIT’s suite of products (ARM, CodeScan, and GUARD) are seamlessly integrated into our client’s mission-critical workflows, driving technical excellence and DevSecOps maturity.
What You’ll Do
• Dedicated Product Stewardship: Provide deep-dive technical support and integration leadership for one of our core product pillars (ARM, CodeScan, or GUARD) within a dedicated team structure.
• DevSecOps Integration: Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate Salesforce deployments using ARM (Automated Release Management).
• Code Quality & Security: Implement and manage CodeScan to automate static code analysis (SAST), helping developers identify and fix vulnerabilities before they reach production.
• Security Posture Management: Utilize GUARD to monitor Salesforce configurations, enforce security policies (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST, FISMA), and automate remediation of misconfigurations.
• Cross-Platform Orchestration: Manage integrations between AutoRABIT products and the broader tech stack, including Git repositories, Jira, and Salesforce DX.
• Mission Enablement: Act as a bridge between technical requirements and mission goals, ensuring the tools work at peak efficiency to reduce downtime and technical debt.
Who You Are
• Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and sandbox management.
• DevSecOps Mastery: Proven experience with CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and automated deployment strategies.
• Technical Integration: Ability to troubleshoot complex platform integrations and API-driven workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Experience with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Problem Solver: A "Customer Success" mindset—the ability to diagnose a bottleneck and engineer a solution that aligns with the client's operational tempo.
Preferred Skills
• Department of Veteran Affairs experience and similar federal government support.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, or similar).
• Experience using AutoRABIT products specifically.
Required Education + Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Experience can be substituted for education)
• Experience: 5+ years in DevSecOps and Salesforce.
• Clearance: Public Trust / Suitability.
GENERAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Work Hours: Core daytime hours determined with customer; Monday thru Friday; Potential for on-call
• Work Location: Remote with in person meetings in National Capital Region (NCR) / Northern Virginia Offices
• Travel: Minimal travel may be required to support occasional in office meetings in the NVA/NCR offices.
