What You'll Be Doing :

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing on workforce needs by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates, with a strong focus on military and Navy-affiliated talent. This role partners closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies that align with contract requirements and organizational goals. The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting activities, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This position requires knowledge of clearance processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with security clearance processes and recruiting tools
• Ability to use internet sourcing tools and recruiting platforms

What You'll Need to Succeed :

Minimum Requirements:

• Five (5)+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting or military-cleared environments.
• Proven experience recruiting military and Navy-affiliated candidates.
• Strong understanding of security clearance processes (Secret or higher preferred).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite (4) days per week and OT as needed

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting industrial, shipyard, or defense-related recruiting.
