Content Site Manager (TS/SCI Clearance)

COLSA is seeking a Content Site Manager to support the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in intelligence production and knowledge management activities by administering, organizing, and optimizing content across enterprise collaboration platforms and analytic repositories. This role aligns processes, technologies, and workflows to enable effective information sharing across analysts and organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

• Manage and maintain enterprise content repositories supporting intelligence production and analytic collaboration.
• Align processes and technologies to enable efficient information sharing across analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Shape workflows supporting search, discovery, storage, retrieval, production tracking, and tasking management.
• Disseminate intelligence products across multiple networks and secure portals.
• Support records management and compliance with IC and DoD content governance standards.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies to support mission requirements.
• Define comprehensive and innovative research approaches supporting high-level analytic tasks.
• Integrate centralized and peripheral databases and content management systems supporting enterprise knowledge sharing.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and identify future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.
• Operate independently while managing competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Assist leadership in decision-making related to analytic production support and knowledge management improvements.

Required Experience

• High School (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community
• Profiency using Microsoft SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience supporting analytic production workflows and knowledge management environments
• Experience disseminating intelligence products across secure enterprise networks and portals
• Understanding of intelligence analytic tradecraft standards
• U.S. Citizenship required; Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to obtain CI Poly within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Current CompTIA Security + CE certification
• Current TS/SCI
