Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Federal Financial Audit Readiness Manager. The perfect candidate for this role is a professional with at least four years of experience in federal accounting, audit readiness, and federal financial data analysis space. The candidate must also have at least two years of project or team leadership in their applicable discipline. The individual will be expected to define and solve critical audit readiness challenges, demonstrating a deep understanding of federal auditing standards and current statutes and governance. This leader will have familiarity with data driven solutions to support achieving project objectives in a transparent audit ready manner and lead the development of detailed documentation development to support successful client acceptance and understanding. The candidate should be self-driven, a fast learner, an exceptional coach, and one who thrives in a collaborative environment. They'll be working alongside teammates to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding client services.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Preexisting DoW Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data science or other relevant degree
- 4+ years of federal financial audit readiness or auditing experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CISA, or other applicable certification
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to work
- Ability to travel to support client needs
Desired Skills:
- Ability to creatively solve problems, coach and lead others to develop solutions, and effectively lead remediation activities to successfully advance audit readiness and financial reporting efforts.
- Develop and deploy analytical techniques and tools to support the review of financial system data.
- Proficiency in query languages and business intelligence programming including Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Power BI and R. Ability to create and review code and analytical outputs and associated documentation.
- Experience/familiarity with financial statements that are compliant with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Financial Management Regulation (FMR) requirements.
- Experience Effectively designing/developing and providing broad-based communications and change management support for program management, financial management and business process improvement, standardization and other matters related to the overall mission.
