Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $91.34 to $110.58 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.

Qualifications
You Have:
- Experience in systems engineering supporting large-scale or enterprise systems
- Experience working with High Performance Computing (HPC) environments
- Experience analyzing system requirements and validating technical feasibility of solutions
- Experience identifying system gaps, dependencies, and integration risks
- Experience planning and leading systems engineering efforts for complex systems or programs
- Experience developing and documenting system processes, workflows, or architectures
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with mission requirements
- TS/SCI with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 25+ years of experience in systems engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), Engineering, Science, or Engineering Management and 20+ years of experience in systems engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting cloud or next-generation platform environments
- Experience supporting system transitions, migrations, or platform integrations
- Experience with requirements management tools like Jira, Confluence, or DOORS
- Experience integrating HPC workloads into modernized environments
- Experience working in mission-driven or operational environments
- Knowledge of system architecture frameworks or modeling approaches
- Ability to evaluate and improve system intake or governance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possession of effective verbal and written communication skills
