Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Oklahoma City, OK.
The selected candidate will be the primary interface between Northrop Grumman, B-2 System Program Office and other organizations at Tinker AFB, Whiteman AFB, and Palmdale. Candidates should understand US Government acquisition and budgeting processes. Equally important is a thorough understanding of supply chain, aircraft maintenance, and System Program Office roles to sustain the primary weapon system. Maintains customer intimacy with all appropriate levels with the external and internal customer both formal and informal in support of program objectives. Individuals will serve with integrated product teams, create and capture program growth, support negotiations, oversee program schedule, costs, earned value, risks, and opportunities to meet business objectives. Travel is necessary to support supplier engagements and key program milestone requirements.

Primary Level Salary Range: $158,000.00 - $237,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below:
- Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in: project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related.
- Prior Project and/or Program Management experience,
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD logistics, aircraft maintenance, repair operations, and Air Force supply chain activities and Special Test Equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of acquisition planning.
- Thorough knowledge of DoD military structure, plans, policies, strategies and budgeting process and programming.
- Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management and impact to program requirements.
