MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's level degree or higher
• At least 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system
• Experience in Production Planning & Control
• Ability to assign projects to organizational unit by leading staff in meeting critical schedules and resolving complex and time-sensitive technical or operational issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, and internal and external customers
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business
• Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
• Ability to read and analyze production reports
• Ability to present data to multiple levels of leadership
• Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Manage a team of Make Planners and PP&C support staff to ensure smooth product flow throughout the shop floor for various programs
- Serve as local PP&C contact for non-local programs to ensure material status, issue identification, and recovery plans align with the overall programs' schedules.
- Coordinate daily activities with counterparts in manufacturing, quality, and engineering to maintain efficient operations
- Develop and implement release strategies to meet schedule commitments and recover schedule
- Evaluate staffing needs and realign team members as necessary to achieve operational goals
- Monitor, develop, and track key metrics critical to operational success, providing regular updates and reports
- Foster the development of team members, from new hires to experienced professionals, ensuring continuous growth and improvement
