Description

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Webinar Consultant to work remotely . This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a “one source” for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.

The Webinar Consultant plans, coordinates, develops, and facilitates live online webinars accessible to eligible participants through the secure web presence. This role collaborates with Triage, Specialty, and Field Consultants to develop webinar content and ensure appropriate consultant participation based on topics and notional schedules provided by MCSPT.

They work closely with the Content Developer and Coordinator to schedule and advertise online webinars as directed by MCSPT. They coordinate with the Workforce Manager and the Provider and Programs Network Manager to plan and facilitate consultant scheduling and availability in alignment with webinar topics.

Additionally, this role coordinates with the Secure Web Presence Systems Administrator to ensure proper access to, and timely availability of, both live and recorded webinars.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and facilitate live and recorded webinars accessible through the secure web presence for eligible participants.
  • Coordinate webinar topics, content development, and presenter participation in alignment with MCSPT direction and notional schedules.
  • Collaborate with Triage, Specialty, and Field Consultants to ensure subject matter expertise is incorporated into webinar content and delivery.
  • Work with the Content Developer and Coordinator to schedule, advertise, and promote webinars to maximize participant engagement and attendance.
  • Coordinate consultant availability and scheduling with the Workforce Manager and Provider and Programs Network Manager to ensure adequate staffing support for each session.
  • Ensure proper technical setup, access controls, recording functionality, and platform readiness in coordination with the Secure Web Presence Systems Administrator.
  • Monitor webinar attendance, engagement levels, and participant feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Document webinar metrics, participation data, and outreach outcomes in accordance with program reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update webinar materials, presentation decks, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved content standards.
  • Incorporate participant feedback and evolving program priorities into future webinar planning and content development.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in webinar coordination, online training, program outreach, or related communication roles.
  • Experience facilitating live virtual sessions and managing webinar platforms.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams in a structured program environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.
  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.  
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
  • This position requires a separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from, as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home.) Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Military spouse, military affiliation, and/or experience in the military community is highly desirable.

Pay Range: Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
