Deloitte Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analysts support cyber operations by participating in operational planning teams, working groups, intelligence planning meetings, and cross-functional response efforts. They analyze intelligence related to cyber directives, operational activities, and network threats, and assess potential mission impact for stakeholder awareness and decision-making. CTI Analysts review tasking and guidance from applicable authorities, synthesize intelligence from multiple sources, and deliver reports, briefings, and presentations on cyber threats, risks, and defensive priorities.
In this role, analysts provide situational awareness to leadership, support defensive cyber operations, respond to requests for information, and recommend adjustments to threat posture and task prioritization based on evolving intelligence. They also review assigned IT system plans and develop or update intelligence annexes to ensure cyber intelligence requirements remain current and relevant. Additionally, CTI Analysts help train client personnel to identify gaps in intelligence reporting, assess relevance to mission needs, and document intelligence gaps in the appropriate system of record.
